✓ We aim to grow young “qualified engineers” with total insight of design standards, operating procedures, and maintenance issues for the future of the ever expanding and existing pipeline in Nigeria and beyond.✓ Getting along together with our young engineers to follow up training and pass on experience by encouraging close working relationships between young and senior professionals to ensure the transfer of knowledge.✓ Getting the learning process alive with emphasis on crew competence, improving standards and emergency response training✓ Create leadership and speaking opportunities for young pipeline professionals by hosting bespoke events
